Configure Ontrack Hub

Ontrack Staff Hub is a browser-based application that allows designated users the ability to view staff, event and learner details, manage assessments, and mark registers.

You must have the appropriate licences and roles to use Ontrack Staff Hub.

Use of Ontrack Staff Hub is controlled by the following licences:

  • EBS4Agent5 - enables access to Ontrack Staff Hub
  • EBS4Agent5ERegister - enables the eRegisters functionality in Ontrack Staff Hub
  • EBS4BlockBooking - enables the 'Block Bookings within my Organisation' and 'Block Bookings at any Organisation' roles (in the EBS Central Curriculum group)

  • EBS4OntrackEmployer - enables the 'Employer' role (in the EBS Ontrack primary roles group)
